Central Bucks Tables Decision On 2016-2017 School Calendar

Doylestown, PA - The Central Bucks School Board did not make a decision on the 2016-2017 calendar during a meeting Tuesday.

Board members voted to table calendar discussion until the Feb. 10 Curriculum Committee Meeting. “The calendar could possibly go before the board for approval at the February 23rd board meeting,” Central Bucks School District posted via Facebook.

Under the proposed calendar, the first day of school would be Monday, Aug. 31 and the last day of school would be Tuesday, June 13.

Winter recess would begin after an early dismissal Dec. 23; school would resume Jan. 3, 2017.
