Charges Filed In Fatal County Line Road Crash
Breaking: Police say Mario Rivera, 28, was not properly licensed and was on the wrong side of the road at the time of the fatal crash.
WARRINGTON, PA — Charges have been filed against a 28-year-old Jamison man in connection with a fatal crash Tuesday at County Line and Kansas roads in Warrington Township.
Police have charged Mario Rivera with accidents involving death or personal injury while not properly licensed, reckless driving, and failing to drive on the right side of roadway.
Gaganjot Singh Sidhu, 23 of Warrington was killed in the crash, which happened around 10:20 p.m.

Rivera is still in Abington Hospital with multiple rib fractures and a broken leg, Warrington Police Chief Daniel Friel said.
He was arraigned Thursday in front of Judge Seaman by video bedside in his hospital room. Rivera was turned over to Bucks County Prison staff after being unable to post bail, which was set at 10 percent of $500,000..

Once he is released from the hospital, he will be transported to Bucks County Prison, authorities said.
According to information previously released by police, both drivers were trapped when emergency responders arrived on the scene. "Police, Fire and EMS, all arrived within minutes and made a valiant effort to free the drivers," Warrington Police said. The crash closed the roadway for several hours.
