Coffee Shop Owner Sentenced For Molesting Employees
Manfred Philip Marotta, 62, of Buckingham Township, was found guilty on June 30 of two counts of indecent assault without consent.

A former Dunkin Donuts operator from Buckingham who was convicted of sexually molesting two of his employees was sentenced Thursday to serve four to 23 months in the Bucks County Correctional Facility. Two years of probation will follow the jail sentence, the Bucks County District Attorney announced.
Manfred Philip Marotta, 62, of Buckingham Township, was found guilty on June 30 of two counts of indecent assault without consent. The convictions came after a two-day, non-jury trial before Bucks County Court Judge C. Theodore Fritsch Jr., who imposed the sentences Thursday, the District Attorney said in a release.
Marotta assaulted the victims while they were employees of a Dunkin’ Donuts franchise he owned on Route 313 in Hilltown Township.

One of the victims, who was 19 at the time, said Marotta
One victim, age 19 at the time, told police that Marotta first touched her inappropriately in 2012.

A second victim came forward in August 2013, authorities said.
Buckingham Township Detective Robert McLeod, Deputy District Attorney Lindsay Vaughan and the Bucks County Detectives investigated and prosecuted Marotta.
