Commercial Law Firm Opens Offices In Doylestown
Attorneys Stefan Richter and Josephine Lee Wolf have joined the firm, which specializes in condo, cooperative, and HOA clients.

DOYLESTOWN, PA -- Becker, a Florida-based multi-practice commercial law firm, has announced its expansion into Pennsylvania with a new Doylestown office.
Becker also announced that Stefan Richter and Josephine Lee Wolf have joined as shareholders in the Condo, Co-Op & HOA Practice at 2003 South Easton Road, Suite 205, Doylestown.
According to the firm, the new Pennsylvania location highlights Becker’s growth and allows the firm to serve clients in multiple jurisdictions.

With long-standing ties to Bucks County and the greater Philadelphia area, Richter and Lee Wolf were most recently shareholders at Clemons Richter & Reiss, P.C. in Doylestown.

Richter focuses his practice on all aspects of community association law, including assessment collections, governing document interpretation and amendments, covenant enforcement, transition matters, and related litigation. He also has broad experience in civil litigation, including association, bankruptcy, construction, corporate, and insurance law.
Richter is a past president of the board of directors of the Pennsylvania and Delaware Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), where he continues to contribute on various committees, including the Legislative Action Committee.
In 2014, he was selected for membership into the College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL), one of approximately 200 attorneys nationwide to be admitted to this prestigious organization of attorneys who have distinguished themselves through contributions to the evolution and practice of community association law. Admitted to practice before state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, he is also a trained mediator. He received his J.D. from Temple University School of Law.

Lee Wolf focuses on community and condominium association law, including assessment collections, document interpretation and amendments, covenants enforcement, transition issues and associated litigation. She has written numerous articles and has given lectures to homeowners, managers, and legal professionals on association law topics, including general legal principles of association law and governance.
She currently serves as secretary of the board of directors of the Keystone Chapter of CAI; she is also the secretary of the PA Legislative Action Committee. She is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and received her J.D. from Widener University School of Law.
