Delaware Valley University Thinking Spring With A-Day Announcement
The student-planned and run fair will again showcase Delval's rich agricultural heritage while offering a weekend filled with family fun

DOYLESTOWN, PA — The ground may be covered in snow and ice, but at Delaware Valley University in Doylestown thoughts are focused on the warmer days ahead.
This week, the college announced plans for its 76th Annual A-Day Fair to be held on April 24, 25, and 26 on the university's campus in Doylestown.
A cherished tradition, A-Day is a student-planned and run fair that showcases Delval's rich agricultural heritage while offering a weekend filled with education, entertainment, and family-friendly activities for all ages.

The three-day event will again feature livestock shows, blacksmith demonstrations, hands-on animal experiences, inflatable attractions, educational exhibits and more.
Visitors will also be able to explore artisan vendors from Pennsylvania and neighboring states, offering handcrafted foods, home decor, and unique gifts. A wide selection of food options will be available, including the Pennsylvania Dairymen's Association and their popular Farm Show milkshakes.

There is still room for local vendors looking to share their creations with the local community.
"With nearly 10,000 attendees each year, vendor booths are a great opportunity for local businesses to connect with the Bucks County community," said vendor chair Isabella Anderson. She can be contacted by emailing adayvendors@delval.edu.

For 76 years, local businesses have also generously supported A-Day through sponsorships.
"Sponsorship opportunities are still available and offer several options for advertising your business to the Bucks County community," said corporate sponsorship chair Ameer Awawda. "Packages range from $40 to $1,500 and beyond." Awawda can be reached by emailing awawdaam5410@delval.edu.
Returning this year, the Antique Tractor and Truck show will highlight vintage farming and transportation equipment. Individuals interested in showcasing their machines can contact Steven Edwards II at edwardssj4672@deval.edu for participation details.
"As Delaware Valley University prepares to welcome the community once again, the 76th Annual A-Day Fair promises to celebrate the past, present and future of agriculture in a way only DelVal can," said organizers. "From time-honored traditions to hands-on learning and family fun, A-Day continues to bring generations together while honoring the roots of agriculture in Bucks County."
