Drivers Escape Serious Injury When SUV, Dump Truck Collide In Buckingham

BUCKINGHAM, PA — Two drivers escaped serious injury Tuesday afternoon when an SUV and a dump truck collided in the 5600 block of Long Lane.

At 1:39 p.m., the Midway Volunteer Fire Company responded to the scene with Rescue 5 and Engine 15.

The crash caused significant damage to both vehicles, with the driver of the SUV suffering minor injuries.

Once on scene, the firefighters took care of all hazards while fire police assisted Buckingham Township Police with road closures and traffic control.

Crews were cleared from the scene an hour after responding.
