Doylestown Announces Free Summer Concert, Movie Series Lineup For 2017

Lots of free concerts and movies are planned this summer in Doylestown! All events are at the amphitheater in Central Park. Full list here:

There are lots of free concerts and movies planned this summer in Doylestown. The Thompson Performing Arts Series, organized by the Doylestown Township Parks and Recreation, kicks off with a family DJ dance party on June 16. Additional performances include classic rock bands, community bands, jazz and more.

There are also movies planned on Friday nights.

All events will be held at the Covenant Bank Amphitheater in Central Park, 425 Wells Road, Doylestown.

  • July 16: Fireworks and concert ($5 parking fee, rain date July 23)

  • Aug 2: Jimmy and the Parrots (Buffet / Beach)
  • Aug 9: Little Red Rooster Band (Blues)
  • Aug 16: Sensational Soul Cruisers (Motown/Philly Funk)
