1) The Chocolate Covered Cherry Martini
"I don't really like sweets, so instead of eating a big, indulgent dessert, I'd enjoy this chocolate covered cherry martini. It's a great drink to enjoy sitting around talking with family or friends after dinner." - Amber Queen, bartender at Ooka

2 oz. cherry vodka
1 oz. Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz. Godiva Original Liqueur
a splash of creme de cacao dark
Add the ingredients into a cocktail mixer with ice, shake and pour. Garnish with a swirl of Hershey's Chocolate Syrup and a cherry in the bottom of the glass.
2) Chuckin' Pumpkin Chocolate Martini
Chuck Albrecht, bartender at Bobby Simone's, suggests pairing this creamy martini with a pumpkin dessert or fruit plate.
In a pint glass with ice, add:
1/4 (of the glass) butterscotch schnapps
1/4 Goldschlager
1/4 Godiva Original Liqueur
1/4 Baileys Irish Cream
a splash of half and half
Pour into a cocktail mixer, shake and pour. Rim glass with Hershey's Chocolate Syrup and dip into crushed graham crackers for a garnish.
3) Snowball Martini
"The Snowball Martini is my take on a peppermint white chocolate martini. I like to garnish it with a small candy cane." - Kelly Alderfer, Chambers bartender
3 oz. vanilla vodka
2 oz. Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz. creme de cacao white
a splash of creme de menthe
Add ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake and pour.
4) Pineapple Upside Down Cake Martini
Lindsay Sladek, bartender at Penn Taproom, suggests replacing your dessert with this visually appealing and sweet martini.
3 oz. Three Olives Cake Vodka
1 oz. Pinnacle Whipped Cream Vodka
1 oz. pineapple juice
Add ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake and pour. After pouring into the glass add a splash of grenadine, which sinks to the bottom.
5) The Big Apple Cobbler Martini
Justin Tuerk, bartender at M.O.M.'s Maxwell's on Main, suggests pairing this martini with an apple crisp or pie to top off your holiday festivities.
1 1/2 oz. Jim Bean Bourbon
1/2 oz. apple schnapps
2 oz. apple cider
a splash of ginger ale
