Doylestown Borough has declared a snow emergency ahead of a storm Sunday that could bring 7 inches of accumulation. Here's the latest:
DOYLESTOWN, PA — Doylestown Borough has declared a snow emergency ahead of a storm Sunday that could bring seven inches of accumulation.
The snow emergency starts at 3 p.m. Sunday. At that time, parking will not be permitted on designated Snow Emergency Routes, and these roads will be restricted to vehicles with four wheel drive or snow chains.
Vehicles left parked on these designated Snow Emergency Routes may be ticketed and towed if the owners cannot be located. (See full list of Snow Emergency Routes below.)

If you do not live on a Snow Emergency Route, you should still remove your car when possible to facilitate plow operations.
"The Borough Public Works crews will be working round the clock to keep the town's roads open and our citizens' cooperation is always helpful and appreciated," the borough said in an announcement.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning from 3 p.m. Sunday to 7 a.m. Monday. Heavy snow is predicted, with seven inches expected throughout the region, according to the NWS.
The storm will begin as rain this afternoon and will turn to all snow by the evening. Snow could fall heavy at times — at up to an inch per hour. Snow will end early Monday morning.

-East Ashland Street (South side) between Main Street and State Street
-East Court Street (North side) between Main Street and Swamp Road
-East Oakland Avenue (South side) between Main Street and State Street
-East State Street (North side) between Maple Avenue and Main Street
-Green Street (East side) between Scout Way and Ashland Street
-North Main Street (West side) between State Street and Union Street
-Shewell Avenue (Both sides) between the Firehouse and Main Street
-South Main Street (Both sides) between State Street and Oakland Avenue
-West Ashland Street (South side) between Main Street and Washington Street
-West Court Street (North side) between Main Street and Memorial Drive
-West Oakland Avenue (South side) between Clinton Street and Main Street
-West State Street (North side) between Main Street and Lafayette Street
-All cul-de-sacs
