Doylestown Man Faces Burglary Charges For Incident At The County
The Central Bucks Regional Police Department has charged him with 2 felonies - burglary and criminal trespass - and 3 misdemeanors.

DOYLESTOWN BOROUGH, PA — A 36-year-0ld Doylestown man faces burglary and trespassing charges after unlawfully entering the County Theatre on May 3 and leaving with $70 worth of items.
The Central Bucks Regional Police Department has charged Benjamin Michael O'Hare with two felonies - burglary and criminal trespass - and three misdemeanors for defiant trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
Police said O'Hare, a former theater employee, entered the closed theater through a side door on May 3 and went to a second-floor office. When he approached staff, he was told the theater was closed and was asked to leave.

Police said O’Hare proceeded to the first floor where he rummaged through cabinets and a cash register before leaving with items totaling approximately $70.
Police located O’Hare a short time later and took him into custody. He was arraigned and bail was set at 10 percent of $100,000. He was further detained on an outstanding warrant from Bucks County Adult Probation. O'Hare was remanded to the Bucks County Prison.
