DOYLESTOWN, PA — As authorities continue their search for Daniel Selby, an escaped prisoner last seen in Doylestown Township, we have compiled five quick facts that you should know:

1. The escapee is 25-year-old Daniel Selby. He got free around 9:30 p.m. Sunday, about 30 minutes after he was arrested in Montgomery County for failing to appear in court on a drug charge out of Bensalem.

2. Selby has no criminal history of violence but has an extensive drug history, police said.

3. He got free while being transported by the Bucks County Sheriff's Department. He asked officers to stop because he was feeling sick and said he was going to throw up. He then pushed a deputy and ran away at Lower State and Bristol roads, police said.

4. He was seen at the 7-Eleven on Edison Furlong Road and Route 611 at 5:15 a.m.. At 5:20, he knocked on a door at 91 Edison Furlong Road, a former residence of his, said police. He did not enter the residence; he merely knocked and fled.

5. He is still handcuffed and is wearing an orange shirt wrapped in a "light colored blanket" to hide the cuffs. He has a scruffy beard, according to a description provided by Doylestown Township Police.
