DOYLESTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Almshouse Road is closed between Birdie Lane and Valley Road in Doylestown Township due to a large tree that has fallen.

PennDOT has been notified and will be en route to remove it from the roadway, according to Doylestown Township police.

There is no estimated time of when Almshouse Road will be reopened. In the meantime, motorists should use an alternate route.
