Fight Leads To Charges Against 2 Women: Plumstead Crime Report

In other reports, police charged a 41-year-old man with defiant trespass and a 28-year-old man with driving under the influence.

PLUMSTEAD TOWNSHIP, PA — The Plumstead Township Police Department reported the following incidents and arrests between Feb. 27 and March 11:

  • On Feb. 26 at 8:58 a.m., officers responded to a report of an unwanted subject in the area of Pear Drive. The property owner reported that an unwanted man had returned to her property and had broken down the front door. The 41-year-old man was charged with defiant trespass.
  • On Friday, Feb. 27, at approximately 8:40 a.m., police responded to a report of a physical altercation in progress between two women at the Colonial Village Motel. Upon arrival, officers investigated the incident and subsequently filed charges against a 34-year-old woman for assault and a 42-year-old woman for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
  • On March 11 at approximately 10:46 p.m., police responded to a traffic accident in the 5500 block of Durham Road. As a result of an investigation, a 28-year-old man was charged with Driving Under Influence (DUI).
