Fred Beans’ Bucks County Towing Earns National AAA Award

DOYLESTOWN, PA — Bucks County Towing, a division of the Fred Beans Automotive Group, has been awarded the AAA Service Provider of Excellence Gold Award. It marks the second time the towing team has won the award in the past three years.

Towing manager Anthony Camillo attended the AAA Automotive Conference held this year in San Antonio, Texas, to accept the award on behalf of the Fred Beans organization. The award names Bucks County Towing as a top service provider on the East Coast.

“This award reflects our high standards, especially when it comes to our customers,” said Camillo. “We prioritize communication, aware that customers need to know that we received their request and when we anticipate sending a driver. This builds trust and gives them peace of mind so they can continue to feel good about leaning on us when they need towing assistance.”

In accepting the award, Camillo thanked his coworkers, management team and members. As a manager who started as a tow truck driver and gained increased responsibilities over his 30-year career, Camillo said he understands how important each role is in delivering reliable and exceptional customer service.
