Fred Beans Dealerships Honored by Ford

Superior Service and Customer Satisfaction Earn Fred Beans Ford of Doylestown and Boyertown National Award by Ford Motor Company

Doylestown, Pa.– Fred Beans Ford of Doylestown and Fred Beans Ford of Boyertown are among an elite group of Ford and Lincoln dealerships to be recognized with the 2018 President’s Award by Ford Motor Company. They represent two of only 12 awardees this year from the Philadelphia region. The prestigious award honors dealerships that have excelled in automotive retailing this past year, by providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

“Earning this award is a reflection of our company-wide commitment to delivering the best customer experience possible,” said Fred Beans, owner of Fred Beans Family of Dealerships. “I couldn’t be more proud to receive this recognition, especially since it comes from the people we value most – our customers. We are motivated each day to exceed their expectations and gain their loyalty.”

The President’s Award was established in 1998. Dealers become eligible through survey responses from customers related to their sales and service satisfaction.

Fred Beans Ford of Doylestown has won the President’s Award three years previously, and most recently won last year. In addition to this year’s President’s Award, the dealership was named to the Premier Club by the Ford Customer Service Division for outstanding parts sales performance. Fred Beans Ford of Boyertown has won the President’s Award for six consecutive years – 15 times total. It is one of only four dealerships in the Philadelphia region – and one of only 70 dealerships nationally – to record such an impressive winning streak.

Fred Beans has long valued the quality of Ford automobiles, and he has built the Fred Beans Family of Dealerships, which has 20 total dealerships selling 18 brands, to include six Ford dealerships in Boyertown, Doylestown, Langhorne, Mechanicsburg, Newtown and West Chester in Pennsylvania. He even operates out of an office in the Fred Beans Ford of Doylestown showroom instead of in the company’s management office complex. Beans’ relationship with Ford also includes serving on the Ford Motor Co.’s Process Improvement Panel and the Advisory Committee for retail standards.

“To achieve the President's Award, dealers must exceed customer expectations every day in every department. The pursuit of excellence is not for the faint of heart – it requires passion, tenacity and, of course, hard work. This prestigious award salutes those top-performing Ford and Lincoln dealerships that embrace these philosophies, achieving among the highest levels of customer satisfaction – in both sales and service – in automotive retailing,” said Richard Terrel, sales operations manger in the Greater Philadelphia Region with Ford Motor Company.
