Friday Outdoor Movie Canceled In Doylestown Due To Forecast
The kickoff to the Thompson Performing Arts Series, originally scheduled for this Friday, has been postponed due to the forecast.
Doylestown Township Parks and Recreation has postponed the movie in the park event scheduled for Friday, May 18 due to rain in the forecast.
The free screening of "Finding Dory" was scheduled to kick-off the Thompson Performing Arts Series for the 2018 season. However, that movie has been rescheduled for Friday, August 10 at sunset.
The 2018 season will now kick-off on June 1 with another movie in the park event featuring Disney's 1994 classic, "The Lion King."

All events will be held at the Covenant Bank Amphitheater in Central Park, 425 Wells Road, Doylestown.
