Fugitive Arrested Following Foot Pursuit In Doylestown Borough
The incident unfolded Monday afternoon after an officer with the Central Bucks Regional Police Department conducted a pedestrian stop.

DOYLESTOWN, PA —A fugitive wanted by the U.S. Marshall Fugitive Task Force was taken into custody on Monday following a foot pursuit in Doylestown Borough that brought out a large police presence.
The incident unfolded on Monday afternoon after an officer with the Central Bucks Regional Police Department conducted a pedestrian stop of three suspicious persons at a business on North Main Street.
While checking the subjects for warrants, police discovered two of the subjects had given false names. Police also learned that one of them, who was identified as Beau Booth, was wanted by the U.S. Marshalls Fugitive Task Force for robbery, fleeing and eluding police, and multiple other charges.

At one point police said Booth fled and a foot pursuit ensued.
A female who was with Booth, Kathryn Stewart, was arrested at the scene for outstanding warrants, police said.

A witness later spotted Booth at the Sunoco station on N. Main Street. Booth was asking people for rides to no avail, police said. He ran across the street toward the Thompson dealership and another foot pursuit followed.
Booth was eventually taken into custody on Dorothy Drive in Doylestown Township.
Assisting the Central Bucks Regional Police Department were Buckingham Township Police, the Bucks County Sheriffs Department, Doylestown Township Police, New Britain Township Police, Bucks County Park Rangers, Plumstead Township Police, Hatboro K-9 Unit, and the Upper Southampton Township K-9 Unit.
