Pretty soon everyone in Bucks County will understand why people hate Steven Singer. The iconic Philadelphia jewelry store - Steven Singer Jewelers - is coming to Bucks County and will be opening a new store at the Village at Newtown Shopping Center next to the Capital Grille. “Get pumped because we are bringing the same exceptional service and stunning jewelry from Philadelphia’s Jewelers Row to our friends in Bucks County,” said the owners in a website announcement.

Ice Cream Shop To Sweeten Grange Fair Experience
The Middletown Grange Fair experience just got a lot sweeter. Owowcow, Bucks County's famous creamery, has joined the lineup of food vendors for this year's fair to be held from Wednesday, Aug. 13 to Sunday, Aug. 17 at the fairgrounds off of Penns Park Road in Wrightstown Township. "We're super excited to be doing the Grange Fair. This is the first year we've done it," said the creamery's managing director Shira Tizer Wade. "The Grange Fair is such a quintessential Bucks County event and we're excited to finally be a part of to support local agriculture and local dairy, which we do year round. Just to be part of the fun will be super."

The Neshaminy Mall awaits its future development. And housing shouldn't be part of the plan. Patch polled readers were recently about whether they thought housing should be included in the mall's development like the Oxford Valley Mall where luxury apartments are being built. Wawa Opens New Store In Bucks County
Wawa pulled out all the stops on July 31 to celebrate the opening of its newest store in Bucks County. Free t-shirts, complimentary coffee, a ceremonial ribbon-cutting, and a hoagie-building challenge were just a few of the highlights as the new 5500-square-foot store and gas station opened for business at Lower Silver Lake Road and the Newtown Bypass. A long line of customers numbering in the hundreds wrapped around the new building as the clock ticked down to 8 a.m., the official opening of the new store.

Bucks 'Eat, Drink & Be Merry Month' Seeking Participants
Kin Wellness and Support Center is seeking Bucks County restaurants, bars, and food trucks for its third annual "Bucks County Eat, Drink and Be Merry Month." The event takes place from Aug. 15 to Sept. 15 with proceeds from designated appetizers, drinks, entrees and desserts benefiting the Bucks County cancer community through the nonprofit Kin Wellness Center.
