ICYMI: Four New Play Pieces Installed At Kids Castle

Four new play pieces have been installed at the Doylestown playground, which has been named one of the most "unbelievable" in the world.

As if you needed one more reason to go to Kids Castle, now you have four.

Joe Salvati, vice chairman of the Friends of Kids Castle, tells Patch four new play pieces were recently installed at the Doylestown Township playground, which has been named one of the most ”unbelievable” in the world.

The four new play pieces are for children ages 2 to 5 and “they are a welcomed addition,” he said.

  • A tot swing with seats
  • Boat spring rider
  • Jet spring rider
  • Pup tent climber

The Jet Spring Rider was been sponsored by Molly and John Gribb. “We’d like to extend our sincere gratitude to Molly and John Gribb for their financial support, which will help us continue our progress with Building the Kingdom at Kids Castle to add new play pieces,” Salvati said.

Last year, Red Tricycle, a digital guide for parents, named Kids Castle is one of the world’s most unbelievable playgrounds. The playground, centered around an eight-story wooden castle, has recently been renovated thanks to a community effort.
