IHOP On Rt. 611 Robbed At Gunpoint; Employees Put In Freezer: Police
Breaking: The IHOP employees were approached by two men at gunpoint, robbed of their belongings and put in a walk-in freezer, police said.

WARRINGTON, PA — Police are investigating the armed robbery of an IHOP restaurant on Route 611 during which store employees were robbed of their belongings and trapped inside a walk-in freezer. According to authorities, the robbery happened at the Warrington restaurant around 12:30 a.m. on May 20.
The restaurant was about to close when two black men armed with hand guns came in and confronted employees at gunpoint, police said. No patrons were in the store at the time and no employees were harmed, authorities confirmed.
In addition to the employee's belongings, the robbers made out with an undetermined amount of cash from the business.

Police released the following descriptions of the suspects:
Suspect one is described as a dark-skinned black male standing approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall and 180 to 190 pounds. He was wearing red sneakers, a red bandanna on his face and glasses.

Suspect two is described as a lighter-skinned black male, approximately 6 feet and 180-190 pounds. He was wearing a blue half mask covering his nose and mouth.
Warrington Detectives are investigating. Anyone with information should submit a tip here or contact police at 215-343-3311. Tips can remain anonymous.
