Man Electrocuted At Doylestown Train Station Identified

DOYLESTOWN BOROUGH, PA — A 25-year-old man who was electrocuted at the Doylestown Train Station on Tuesday has been identified.

Mikhael Mogilevich of Morrisville was pronounced dead at Penn Medicine Doylestown Health at 6:42 p.m. on Tuesday, according to Bucks County Coroner Patti Campi.

Mogilevich was electrocuted at the Doylestown SEPTA Station and was then transported to Doylestown Health by Central Bucks EMS. An autopsy to determine the cause of death was still being conducted on Thursday, the coroner said.

Just after 6 p.m. on Tuesday, the Central Bucks Regional Police Department, the Doylestown Fire Company and Central Bucks EMS were called to the station at 130 South Clinton Street.

According to police, Mogilevich tried to get into a train car, but the doors were closed. He then proceeded to climb on top of the train where he touched a connecting wire and was electrocuted, police said.

Mogilevich was transported to Penn Medicine Doylestown Health by Central Bucks EMS where he was pronounced dead. Police said the victim suffered a heart attack as a result of the electric shock and succumbed to injuries.
