Italian Market Partnering With Cattle Farm

Altomonte’s Italian Market has announced a new partnership with Coleman Hay Farms to bring its customers quality cuts of beef from cows raised here in Bucks County. Coleman Hay Farms is a family-run, 300-plus-acre beef cattle farm in New Britain Township operated by two brothers - Shawn and Andrew Coleman - who take pride in knowing their cattle and caring for the land they raise them on.

Fried Chicken Sandwich Shop Closing

Skip's Chicken, which opened two years ago this month on Durham Road in Wrightstown, will be closing its doors effective Sept. 1. In a letter to friends, family, and customers, owners Jeremy and Dan Cruz said they are "incredibly grateful to the Wrightstown and Newtown communities for welcoming Skip’s and supporting us over the past two years. We are especially thankful to the local gluten-free community that embraced us and helped make this location such a special part of the Skip’s story.

Spas, Salons Raise Thousands For Kin

This year's Bucks County Spa and Salon Self-Care Month raised more than $11,000 for the Kin Wellness and Support Center, event organizers have announced. Twenty-two of the county's most popular spa and salon businesses partnered with Kin and the community to offer the popular fundraiser, which promotes self-care by creating an opportunity for people to take care of themselves while helping the local cancer community.

The Nurture Spa was among 22 spas and salons that donated a portion of their proceeds to the Kin Wellness Center in Buckingham.

Financial Planner Cast In "Beyond The Secret"

Bucks County’s own Mark Byelich, a financial planner and owner of Attleboro Wealth Management, is making his big-screen debut after being named to the cast of the newly announced "Director's Cut of Beyond The Secret." The follow-up to the 2020 film "Beyond The Secret: The Awakening" and the latest chapter in "The Secret franchise" that began nearly 20 years ago, the Director's Cut brings a fresh and expanded vision that explores the practical application of mindset, the Law of Attraction, and personal success.

Casual Cafe Coming To Warminster Township

A new business is expected to fill a building vacancy off Street Road. Social Corner is a casual American cafe and eatery that will be located at 234 Veterans Way. It serves a variety of comfort foods, including specialty sandwiches ("SanDoughs"), cheesesteaks, hoagies, wings, salads, and breakfast items.
