DOYLESTOWN, PA —An 1875 Victorian, restored with a newly remodeled kitchen, and a beautifully renovated 1890 rowhome once owned by James Michener, are among the homes and gardens on this year's Bucks Beautiful Kitchen & Garden Tour.

The 31st annual event will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., rain or shine, on Sunday, June 14. The walking tour will visit seven hidden jewels tucked away throughout the charming streets of historic Doylestown Borough.

Tour goers are invited to marvel at remodeled kitchens and lovingly tended landscapes. Bucks County Master Gardeners will be on hand to offer expertise while gusts peruse woodland gardens, wildflower meadows, specimen trees, beloved perennials, colorful annuals and more.

Some of the homes on this year’s tour include an award-winning landscape architect’s 1870 Victorian residence and renovated barn on a wooded lot with an aviary garden and wildflower meadow; a craftsman home with a reimagined version of the 1985 Philadelphia Flower Show’s Best of Show exhibit “Christine’s Garden;” and an 1875 Victorian, patiently restored with a newly remodeled kitchen and surrounded by native plant gardens.
