Man, 64, Facing Felony Charges After Sexual Assault: Police
A 64-year-old man is being held in prison after an alleged sexual assault, Central Bucks Regional Police said.

A 64-year-old man has been is being held in Bucks County Prison after being charged by Central Bucks Regional Police in connection with a sexual assault that occurred earlier this month.
Robert Shimer of Chalfont has been charged with two felonies, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and sexual assault, after an incident on June 6, court documents show.
Shimer is accused of sexually assaulting a person with a mental disability, the charges state.

Central Bucks Regional Police say they charged him after an investigation. Further details were not immediately available.
Shimer was arraigned on June 8 and his bail was set at 10 percent of $75,000. He was sent to prison after being unable to make bail.
