Pothole Repair Crews To Hit The Road This Week In Bucks County
Since Jan. 1, PennDOT District 6 has received nearly 900 customer concerns regarding potholes across the 5-county Philadelphia region.
BUCKS COUNTY, PA — Maintenance crews will be hitting the road this week in Bucks County to repair potholes and deteriorated pavement, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
Pennsylvania experiences a high volume of potholes each season due to temperatures fluctuating between freezing and mild, known as a rapid freeze-thaw cycle. When PennDOT maintenance crews are not providing winter services, they will be focused on patching potholes until all areas are addressed.
