The annual tradition of Pumpkinfest will return to Doylestown on Saturday, Oct. 22 at Moravian Tile Works.

The annual tradition of Pumpkinfest will return to Doylestown on Saturday, Oct. 22 at Moravian Tile Works.

The event, which features area artists who carve out enormous pumpkins into glowing decorations that illuminate the archways of the historical building, is hosted by CB Cares Educational Foundation. The festive creations, carved in pumpkins ranging from 100 to 300 pounds, take artists as long as six hours to complete.

This year, in addition to the gallery of huge pumpkins, there will be food trucks, live music, inflatable amusements, pony rides, kids’ activities and more. Grounds open at 2 p.m.
