Repeat Public Defecator Arrested In Perkasie, Police Say
A 67-year-old man who repeatedly defecated on a store floor has been charged by police. He was previously banned from the shopping center.

A 67-year-old man who was banned from a Bucks County shopping center for purposely defecating on the floor of a store has been arrested for doing it again, police said.
Douglas F. Day, 67 of Sellersville was arrested by Perkasie Borough Police on Jan. 4 for defiant trespass and disorderly conduct after police said he defecated on the floor inside a drug store at the Perkasie Square Shopping Center.
Authorities said he had previously been warned not to return to the shopping center due to similar behavior.

He is awaiting a preliminary hearing, court records show.
In 2017, Day was charged with disorderly conduct hazardous/physical offense in connection with two incidents. One incident was reported on Jan. 15, 2017 and the other on Jan. 26, 2017, court records show.
