Residents Invited To Have Coffee With A Cop In Plumstead Township

Residents will have the opportunity to ask questions, voice concerns, and get to know their Plumstead Township police officers.

PLUMSTEAD TOWNSHIP — The public is invited to have "Coffee With A Cop" on Thursday, Nov. 3 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Altomonte's Italian Market & Deli, 856 North Easton Road in Plumstead Township.

Residents will have the opportunity to ask questions, voice concerns, and get to know their Plumstead Township police officers.

The mission of Coffee With A Cop is to break down the barriers between police officers and the citizens they serve by removing agendas, bringing them together to discuss issues and to learn more about each other.

Since its inception in 2011 Coffee with a Cop events have served to
build trust and help foster a sense of community in communities large and small. From huge cities to small farming towns local police agencies have embraced the events as a way to connect with its residents and get to know each other over a cup of coffee.

The event is free, open to the public and is presented by the Plumstead Township Police Department.
