Retail Theft Spree Ends In Arrest At Shopping Center In Warrington
The man who was on probation from prior arrests was sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility to await court action.
WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A former Warrington man with a thirst for Captain Morgan is facing felony theft charges after stealing four bottles from the Wine and Spirits store.
Jeffrey Grace, 53, formerly of Warrington, has been charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property, both third-degree felonies.
On January 21, police were called to the Wine and Spirits to investigate a retail theft. Store personnel reported that a man had entered the store on four separate occasions during December and January. Each time, store personnel told police that he selected a bottle of Captain Morgan, concealed it, and exited the store without paying.

The total value of the stolen merchandise was $72.04.
Following an investigation, Grace was identified and located by officers in the area of the Creekview Shopping Center. He was taken into custody and transported to the Warrington Police Department for processing.

Grace was subsequently transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility due to being on probation from prior arrests.
