Roundabout Project to Restrict Easton Road in Doylestown Township

PennDOT announces new restriction as construction continues on double roundabout project.

DOYLESTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Work is continuing on two new roundabouts at the intersection of Easton Road and New Britain Road/Sauerman Road in Doylestown Township.

Motorists are advised that on Wednesday, May 15, Easton Road will be reduced for 24 hours to one lane at the intersection with New Britain Road/Sauerman Road. During the lane closure, motorists will be directed to use Sauerman Road, Edison Furlong Road, and Route 611 (Easton Road).

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays may occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
