Shine & Sign Event At Thompson Postponed Due To Stormy Forecast

Everyone is invited to come out on Oct. 20 to sign its "hero's wall" on the front of the dealership while enjoying local vendors.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — Due to a stormy forecast for Oct. 13, Thompson Toyota has postponed its Shine & Sign event to Thursday, Oct. 20 from 6 to 7 p.m.

Everyone is invited to come out that evening to sign its "hero's wall" on the front of the dealership while enjoying local vendors.

In addition, they will hear several keynote speakers - Dr. Mary Brownsberger, a local breast cancer survivor and former director of psychology at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation, and breast surgeon Dr. Monique Gary from Grand View Health Surgery.

Thompson Toyota’s luminous pink panels will be a visual celebration of survivors, encouragement for those in recovery, as well as to memorialize loved ones lost.

Thompson will keep the panels up for the month of October in honor of survivors and those battling the disease and in remembrance of lost loved ones.

To raise awareness, Thompson, a presenting sponsor of Pine2Pink, has also bathed its entire site in pink lights for the month of October.

Additionally, all month long Thompson will donate $20 to breast cancer research for every alignment at any Thompson’s Service Centers in Doylestown and Willow Grove.
