"Snacktime" To Headline Next Concert At The Commons In Doylestown
The Philadelphia-based band is known for its American soul, funk, and alternative sound. Opening for the band will be Doylestown's Colacore.

DOYLESTOWN BOROUGH, PA — Concerts at the Commons, a free series of outdoor spring concert events, continues on Thursday, May 14, at Broad Commons Park in Doylestown Borough.
Stage United and Doylestown Borough will bring Philly’s own Snacktime and Doylestown’s Colacore to the stage for the rain or shine event.
Colacore, a Doylestown-based "spacey jazz funk" trio known for original, experimental music, will open the evening at 6:50 p.m. Emerging from the Nook Nook Music School, the band features Frankie Sikora, Aiden Bercik, and Thomas O'Reilly.

In 2025, the band released its most successful singles yet (“Sunshine” and “Enough”) and made appearances at festivals including SXSW, Boston Calling, Roots Picnic, and Newport Folk Festival. The band is preparing to release its debut album later this year.
The series continues on May 21 with folk rockers Driftwood. Kicking off the show will be Katelynn Capser of Serene Green. The rock quartet Fat Mezz closes out the spring concerts on May 28 with special guests Hay Sugar of Doylestown.
Broad Commons Park opens at 6 p.m. with the first band taking the stage at 6:50 p.m. Throughout the evening, food trucks will be on hand selling food and Neshaminy Creek Brewing Co. and Main Street Sport & Social will be providing beverages.
The series is sponsored by Fred Beans Automotive, The Lisa Povlow Team, Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty, The Monkey's Uncle, and C&N Bank.
Guests are encouraged to bring their lawn chair or blanket to the pet-friendly, free concert event. Free parking will be available at the Bucks County Parking Garage just feet away from the park.
Stage United is producing the concerts in collaboration with the Doylestown Borough.
Since its founding in 2024 by Joe Montone, Stage United has impacted the region’s live music ecosystem by creating a fundraising model to produce both intimate performances and large-scale community concerts in Bucks County.
Montone is a lifelong Bucks native and introduces artists and audiences through Stage United, filling a cultural void as there is hardly any original music programming for all ages in the area.
"As a lifelong Bucks County resident, it is an honor to produce Concerts at the Commons alongside Doylestown Borough,” said Joe Montone of Stage United, which is bringing the series to the borough. “We are so excited to feature four nights of live music for all ages with a dynamic palette of sounds each night."
