Sycamore Edge Homes to Start at $1.5 Million

Homes in a new 8-lot development in Doylestown Township are up for sale, starting at $1.5 million each.

Several lots in a new development in Doylestown Township are now up for sale, starting at $1.5 million each.

Eight single family homes are planned for the development off of Short Road, which has been named Sycamore Edge.

The lots range from 2 to 5 acres each and are surrounded by 25 acres of protected woodlands. The proposed home design includes five bedrooms and four bathrooms

Township supervisors last year approved plans presented by luxury builder Richard Zaveta to the build eight houses on what was known as the Eastburn tract - 50 acres that were owned by the D. Rodman Eastburn family.

The land is bound by Windover Lane on the north and Short Road on the south.

The new construction lots join more than 150 other properties currently on the market in the 18901 zip code, according to AOL Real Estate.
