Three Hurt In Crashes In Buckingham And Solebury Townships

The Midway Volunteer Fire Company in Lahaska reported two traffic accidents over the weekend on its Facebook page.

LAHASKA, PA — Three people were injured over the weekend in accidents in Buckingham and Solebury townships.

Two cars collided Saturday morning just before 11 a.m. at Durham and Paist roads in Buckingham Township sending two people to regional trauma centers.

The Midway Volunteer Fire Company responded with Rescue 5 and Engine 15 with assistance from Rescue 19 while fire police officers from Stations 5, 19, and 66 assisted Buckingham Township Police with traffic control.

On Saturday evening, one person was injured in a multi-vehicle accident at Street and Corrigan roads in front of Coles Nursery in Solebury Township. They were transported to the hospital by the Central Bucks Rescue Squad. All other passengers reported no injuries and refused treatment by EMS.

Midway Fire Company responded to the scene with Rescue 5, Engine 15 and F-15 for additional manpower. Fire police officers remained on the scene for approximately one hour following the crash assisting Solebury Police with road closure during the cleanup.
