Tohickon Settlement Services welcomes Anne Moore of Newtown

Brendan Nolan, president and CEO of Tohickon Settlement Services, has welcomed Anne Moore to the staff. The firm’s newest closing professional, she joined the 40-year-old company in March just after it moved to new, larger headquarters on Lower York Road in New Hope, Pa.

Moore, who lives in Newtown, received her real estate license in 2000 and worked as an agent until an opportunity arose 11 years ago to move to the other side of the settlement table. As a title agent licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, she is one of the Tohickon staff who ensures that every settlement is as smooth and surprise-free as possible.

“Anne’s years in the business means that the procedures, rules and best practices of our industry influence her every decision,” says Nolan, who heads the company begun by his family in 1976. “That makes her extremely valuable as an intuitive problem solver, responding to issues quickly and responsibly.
