Pennsylvania Governor-elect Tom Wolf said this week he won’t take the $187,256 salary that comes along with his new role.
Wolf, a Democrat who defeated incumbent Republican Tom Corbett during Tuesday’s election, said he’ll give the salary to charity or return it to the state, according to media reports.
Wolf also donated his salary when he served as Pennsylvania revenue secretary in 2007 and 2008, the York Dispatch reported.
