Tributes Pour In For 4 Young Victims Killed In Bucks County

SOLEBURY, PA — The community is mourning the loss of Jimi Patrick, Dean Finocchiaro, Tom Meo and Mark Sturgis. All were killed last week in three separate shootings. Two cousins, Cosmo DiNardo and Sean Kratz, have been charged.

Much attention was given to the investigation and the subsequent arrest of the suspects. But what about the victims?

Tributes are pouring in, and some have begun crowd-funding efforts to help pay for services. Here is a look at some of those tributes and a little bit about each of the victims:

JIMI PATRICK

Patrick, 19, was a resident of Newtown, where he lived with his grandparents, Sharon and Rich. Patrick had just finished his freshman year at Loyola University, where he was a business major. He attended on a full scholarship. He graduated from Holy Ghost Prep and was working at a restaurant in Buckingham at the time of his death, his family said.

He was an athlete, playing Little League with Council Rock. He also played basketball with St. Andrew CYO league.

Friends describe him as someone who always had a smile on his face.

DEAN FINOCCHIARO

Finocchiaro, 19, was a resident of Middletown Township. He was a 2016 Neshaminy High School graduate.

"He never failed to make everyone laugh. I'll never forget how happy grandmom got when he'd stop over and sit and talk with her for hours. She's probably so happy he's with her now," his brother, Johnny Finnocchiaro, wrote on Facebook along with this photo:

He worked at Richman's Ice Cream. Employees there were saddened and shocked.

"He had a smile that would just hug you," coworker Bill Tosti told NBC10. "He was real warm, very friendly, would do anything for anybody, a great teammate to work with."

The ice cream shop released a statement via Facebook, saying, "Your bright smile, humor, hard work, politeness, and your contagious personality will be missed everyday. Your strong presence within this workplace created a bond that we will always call a family. "

TOM MEO

Tom Meo, 21, was from Plumstead. He was friends with another victim, Mark Sturgis, and the two worked at Sturgis' dad's construction company together.

He previously worked at Doylestown Auto & Tire. A friend who worked with him there described him to Philly.com as easygoing and friendly.

Friends say he was "full of life" and "one of the nicest guys I ever met." A GoFundMe page has been started to support his grieving mother and young sisters.

MARK STURGIS

Sturgis was a 22-year-old resident of Pennsburg, Montgomery County. He worked for his father, Mark Potash, who described him as "super intelligent" and a great guitar player and athlete, according to Philly.com. He had three sisters and one brother, the publication said.

He attended Bensalem Township High School, according to his Facebook profile.

His mother, Rosanne Potash, shared several photos of her son on Facebook. She says he was a happy, kindhearted, sweet kid. She said Meo and her son were longtime friends who loved to be goofy and laugh together.
