Bodies Found In 12-Foot Grave At Solebury Farm: DA

Dean Finocchiaro, 19, has been confirmed as one of the deceased found in a 12.5-foot common grave dug at the Solebury property, DA said.

The remains of one of the missing young men has been found in a 12.5-foot "common" grave dug at the Solebury farm that has been subject to a four-day-long search by law enforcement, the District Attorney announced at a midnight press conference. Officials expect there to be more victims.

The remains of Dean Finocchiaro, 19, of Langhorne, who was last seen Friday, were found Wednesday at the property off Rt. 202 in Solebury, District Attorney Matt Weintraub said.

"Make no mistake this is a homicide," he said. The question that remains is how many homicides the case involves, Weintraub said.

Weintraub made the grim announcement at the Logan Square Shopping Center in New Hope at midnight after driving to Middletown Township to meet with Finocchiaro's family and inform them of his death.

He did not comment on how Finocchiaro died. Cadaver dogs led investigators to the grave site, Weintraub said.

The status of the other three missing men — Jimi Patrick, 19; Tom Meo, 21; or Mark Sturgis, 22— was not disclosed by authorities.

Authorities will continue the search at the site Thursday, Weintraub said. "We're going to bring each of these lost boys home to their families, one way or another."

The sprawling property that investigators have been combing since Sunday is owned by Antonio and Sandra Dinardo. Their 20-year-old son, Cosmo Dinardo, is a person of interest in the case. Dinardo is being held at Bucks County prison on charges he stole another one of the missing men's car.

His bail has been set at $5 million cash.

Authorities allege he stole Tom Meo's 1996 Nissan Maxima and tried to sell it for $500 to a friend. Meo has been missing since Friday. During DiNardo's arraignment Wednesday First Assistant District Attorney Gregg Shore said DiNardo has a history of "severe" mental illness.

Charges in connection with Finocchairo's death have not yet been filed.
