Central Bucks West High School's Collin Burns solved the cube in a record-shattering 5.25 seconds.

A teenager from Harleysville broke the Rubik’s Cube world speed record on Saturday by solving the infamous puzzle in 5.25 seconds, according to a report by The Intelligencer.
Collin Burns set the record during the Doylestown Spring 2015 Competition, sponsored by the World Cube Association, the report states.

Burns’ record is for the most commonly used three-by-three cube, and, according to the report, is the most prominent record that exists.
The competition was held at Central Bucks West High School.

Proceeds from the competition were donated to A Woman’s Place, Bucks County’s only domestic violence prevention organization.
