Warrington Hit-And-Run Victim Identified

Police have released the identity of the person killed in a hit-and-run pedestrian crash over the weekend in Warrington.

WARRINGTON, PA — Police have released the identity of the person killed in a hit-and-run pedestrian crash over the weekend in Warrington.

Martin Glover, 58, of Warrington was killed in the hit-and-run crash early Saturday on County Line Road in Warrington, police said. Glover had been driving a Dodge Grand Caravan, which was stopped along the shoulder of County Line Road.

Homicide by vehicle charges have been filed against the driver, 53-year-old Duane Davis, who police allege was DUI when he left the scene of the crash.

The crash happened just after 2 a.m. on County Line Road near Upper State Road.

Davis, who fled the scene, was later taken into custody at his residence in Telford and arraigned.
He is in Bucks County jail after failing to make bail, which was set at 10 percent of $500,000.

The accident is still under investigation, police said.
