Water Installation Project To Close Ferry Road in New Britain

Daylight closures will be in effect from May 18 to the beginning of Decemer.

NEW BRITAIN TOWNSHIP, PA —The North Wales Water Authority will be installing a water facility on Ferry Road in New Britain Township beginning Thursday, May 18.

During the closure from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays from May 18 to Dec. 1, motorists will be directed to use Route 313 (Swamp Road), Route 611, Butler Avenue/State Street and Route 152 (Main Street).

Local access will be maintained up to the work zone. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur.

North Wales Water Authority will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
