
Wawa has announced plans to hire more than 5,000 new employees over the next three months.
According to the convenience store, all Wawa stores in six states, including Pennsylvania, will be hiring.
The company says it is looking to fill customer-service level positions.

We’re specifically looking for individuals who want to join our team for the busy summer season and as well those who might be interested in the start of a fulfilling career at Wawa.”
As part of the hiring campaign, many Wawa stores will host open houses in March and April, during which potential associates can receive a first interview and learn more about career opportunities.

More than 100 Wawa stores will hold the open house and will offer free coffee to all open house applicants. Stores hosting the open house events will have a sign announcing the dates/time of the open house, according to Wawa.
