Weekday Flagging Operations Resume At Delaware River Bridge
The traffic restrictions will enable a contractor to complete the remaining tasks associated with the rehabilitation project.

FRENCHTOWN, NJ – Motorists might encounter brief traffic stoppages and travel delays during weekday off-peak periods at the Uhlerstown-Frenchtown Toll-Supported Bridge starting this week and continuing into April, the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission announced.
The traffic restrictions will enable a commission contractor to complete remaining tasks associated with a recent rehabilitation project and then remove the temporary work platform beneath the bridge’s roadway deck. All project work is expected to be completed before the end of April.
The flagger-control travel restrictions would be as-needed and intermittent between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. Motor-vehicle travel impacts are expected to be minor.
