Winter Snow Emergency Declared In Doylestown

Cars that remain parked on designated snow emergency routes will be ticketed and towed if the owners cannot be located, the borough said.

Doylestown Borough is under a winter snow emergency starting at midnight. Parking will not be permitted on designated snow emergency routes, and these roads are also restricted to vehicles with four wheel drive or snow chains, the borough said.

Vehicles that remain parked on designated snow emergency routes will be ticketed and towed if the owners cannot be located, according to the borough. All borough residents are being asked to move their cars from the streets to "facilitate more effective road and parking lane clearing."
