​Worth & Company Welcomes New Chief Operating Officer

PIPERSVILLE, PA — Justin Krall has joined Worth & Company as its Chief Operating Officer. Krall, originally from Harrisburg, joins Worth & Company after serving as COO and vice president of a mid-sized regional mechanical contracting firm.

Passionate about plumbing and HVAC, Krall began his career as an apprentice in 1994. He then worked as a foreman, general foreman and more advanced roles with progressive levels of responsibility.

In his most recent position, before coming to Worth & Co., Krall formed a new division for his employer that generated $16 million in revenue. In 2022 the division he started surpassed $85 million in revenue.

Most recently, Krall served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer, where he led efforts to build the firm’s company-wide operating platform.
