• Chester County Home Prices Defy National Housing Slowdown (mychesco.com) — Homebuyers and renters in Exton are facing one of Chester County's hottest markets, with the West Chester–Exton–Downingtown corridor seeing median sale prices around $580,000 to $665,000 and very low inventory. Homes here often sell at or above asking within weeks, while local rents hover above $2,000, leaving many residents squeezed by high prices and elevated mortgage rates.
   

• Chester County Inspectors Find Temperature, Sanitation Issues (mychesco.com) — If you shop or dine in Exton, recent Chester County health inspections found sanitation issues at Hill's Quality Seafood on Pottstown Pike, including a dirty ice machine and reused shipping containers. Inspectors also checked several other restaurants and stores countywide, listing Han Dynasty in Exton and others as in full compliance, and reminded residents how to report food safety concerns.
   

• Neshaminy Mall to Close by End of October After 58 Years (bucksco.today) — Exton readers will recognize their own Exton Square Mall in news that Neshaminy Mall in Bucks County will close by the end of October, becoming the region's second enclosed mall to shut this year. While Boscov's, the AMC theater, and Barnes & Noble will remain open at Neshaminy as they do in Exton, officials are eyeing a town-center style redevelopment for the aging property.
