Man Accused of Falling Asleep Behind the Wheel in Forest Hills
Here are the Forest Hills police reports for April 19 to 25.

A motorist in Forest Hills fell asleep behind the wheel last week.
According to a Forest Hills police report, police were called to the Ardmore Boulevard/Marion Avenue intersection at 5:45 a.m. on April 21 for reports of a man sleeping in a car. The driver and a passenger both were asleep.
The car, located in a turning lane, was still in drive and the driver's foot was on the brake. The driver failed a portable breath test and field sobriety tests.

Charges against the driver are pending.
April 19

A man will be charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after police found him lying on the ground at the intersection of Ardmore Boulevard and Sylvan Way.
April 20
Police charged a man with public drunkenness after an incident at the Forest Glen and Filmore intersection.
April 21
Police found a man sleeping in a vehicle parked in the exit lane of the Ardmore shopping center. The man passed field sobriety tests and was sent on his way.
An accident was reported on Sumner Avenue. A car went off the road and into a yard, hitting a street sign. No one has been charged.
April 22
Police assisted Braddock Hills police with a shoplifting incident at the Citi Trends store in Braddock Hills. Police were able to stop the suspect's vehicle on Ardmore Boulevard.
A Parise Drive resident reported three missing jewelry boxes. The lock on the basement door appeared to have been pried open. No other items were reported stolen.
April 23
A Barclay Avenue resident reported that his truck had been hit with BB gun pellets.
April 25
A three vehicle accident occurred at the Ardmore Boulevard and Marion Avenue intersection.
