The case, filed through Venango County courts, includes two misdemeanor child endangerment counts, with a preliminary hearing set for October 14.
   

• Police Seek Information After Juvenile Allegedly Throws Rocks at Vehicle in Cranberry Township (explorevenango.com) — State police from the Franklin barracks are asking local residents for help identifying a young girl who allegedly threw rocks at a passing car on Meadow Road in Cranberry Township, damaging the vehicle. The child, believed to be 8 to 10 years old, was seen in a red sweatshirt, blue shorts, and Crocs around 7:30 p.m. on September 27.
