• Blue Devils Earn Volleyball, Girls Soccer Wins; Boys Soccer Draws (newsbreak.com) — Greencastle-Antrim athletes gave local fans plenty to cheer about, with the Blue Devils volleyball team sweeping Shippensburg and the girls soccer squad snapping a five-game winless streak against Boiling Springs. The boys soccer team also battled to a hard-fought 1-1 draw, keeping Greencastle teams competitive in Mid Penn Colonial play.

• No vomit kit; water purification issues: Franklin County restaurant inspections (pennlive.com) — Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant in downtown Greencastle recently failed a follow-up inspection after food in a kitchen refrigerator was found well above the required 41 degrees, prompting a repair. The report also lists numerous other Franklin County schools, gas stations, and restaurants with mostly minor violations, plus several facilities that passed with no issues noted.

• Connoisseur Sends Pennsylvania's WQCM To Family Life (radioink.com) — A Greencastle-based radio station, WQCM, is being sold to Family Life Ministries, which plans to expand its Christian broadcasting across the Hagerstown–Chambersburg–Greencastle area. The deal, pending FCC approval, is expected to close by year’s end and reflects Connoisseur Media’s broader reshuffling of its station portfolio.
