Burmont Road Closing Daily Through Early July
PennDOT said the Haverford Township road will close weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for several weeks due to water main installation work.
HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Burmont Road in Haverford will be closed now through early July due to Aqua Pennsylvania work, PennDOT said.
Burmont Road is closing weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for water main installation, according to PennDOT.
The closure is in effect between Steel Road and Glendale Road and will be in place Mondays through Fridays now through early July.

During construction, Burmont Road motorists will be directed to use Steel Road, Eagle Road, West Chester Pike/Route 3 and Glendale Road.
Local access will be maintained up to the work zone.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur.
